Job Summary
Experienced Business Analytics and Insights Specialist to enable quality data-driven decision making by uncovering insights from data, surfacing those insights with visualizations, and implementing advanced models to maximize business value. Lead end-to-end automated insight generation systems using AI and Generative AI, building autonomous analytics capabilities, and surfacing predictive intelligence with natural language interaction to MOX's data assets. Champion experimentation and statistical rigor to back product decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow a data-driven culture. Proficiency in SQL/Python, BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI), AWS services (Glue, Athena, S3), experience operationalizing LLMs/ML pipelines, and familiarity with Agile/Lean rituals (Scrum/Kanban); version control (git); workflow tools (Airflow, Luigi, AWS Batch).
