Business Analyst

Execute business requirement analysis and translate them into solution requirements throughout the project life cycle. Provide expertise on as-is-to-be models during requirements elicitation sessions for stakeholders. Adapt delivery methodologies and facilitate elicitation sessions to ensure deliverables are met. Collaborate with the project manager to build the business case, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and high-level planning. Produce requirement specifications and outline solution design documents while managing change requests. Participate in test plan development, testing, implementation, and training activities. Understand customer objectives to recommend solutions for specific needs.
