Job Summary
Provide advisory on functional requirement implementation and stimulate process changes to gain efficiencies. Design and develop highly scalable Zoho implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, and Deluge. Construct workflow charts and diagrams while writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements. Coordinate project-level analysis by producing business and system requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plans. Drive and challenge delivery team presumptions to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time. Define and manage well-defined project management processes to champion ongoing improvement initiatives within an Agile and DevOps environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in development and design in an Agile and DevOps environment, including change and release management
- An excellent overview of web technologies and popular open source solutions
- Working experience in any one of the following domain like Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Health Care and Pharma or Manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- Deep understanding of various API frameworks, micro-services and SDKs
- Contribution and coordination of project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
