Job Summary
Provide advisory on functional requirement implementation and stimulate process changes to gain efficiencies. Design and develop highly scalable Zoho implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, and Deluge. Construct workflow charts and diagrams while studying system capabilities and writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements. Define and plan project milestones, phases, and elements along with the principal consultant, while driving and challenging delivery team presumptions on execution success. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time by producing required project analysis documentation including business and system requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plans. Coordinate project-level analysis and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management in an Agile Technology Delivery context.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in development and design in an Agile and DevOps environment, including change and release management
- An excellent overview of web technologies and popular open source solutions
- Deep understanding of various API frameworks, micro-services and SDKs
- Working experience in any one of the following domain like Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Health Care and Pharma or Manufacturing

- Ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality deliverable on time
- Contribution and coordination of project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
- Process Management and Improvement - Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management in an Agile Technology Delivery context
