Job Summary
Bridge business needs with technical solutions by analyzing processes, gathering client requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for Zoho applications like CRM and Creator. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, conduct gap analysis, and support User Acceptance Testing while acting as the single point of contact for client discussions. Ensure comprehensive documentation of configurations, use cases, and workflows to optimize business solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or software product companies
- Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Projects) and platforms is a strong advantage
