Job Summary
Detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations, identify improvement opportunities, and drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities include analyzing processes to identify areas for improvement, gathering and interpreting data to support decision-making, creating reports and dashboards, collaborating with departments to understand needs, developing operational strategies, monitoring project progress, and identifying trends and risks through data analysis. Must have strong analytical/problem-solving skills, proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, clear data interpretation and presentation, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks both independently and in a team setting.
