Job Summary
Identify stakeholders, form feature concepts and objectives, and collect requirements for World of Tanks systems. Interact with designers, developers, and specialists across disciplines to align business goals with implementation. Analyze and approve end requirements, support them through development, and assess post-release performance. Document and prioritize requirements while visualizing plans for further feature development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies
- Knowledge of the life cycle of the project/product
- Basic knowledge of the building and architecture of information systems
- Theoretical knowledge of business/system analysis and modern practices of working with requirements
- Ability to deliver material in an intelligent and structured fashion
- Ability to find stakeholders
- Interviewing/gathering requirements skills
- Ability to detect, classify, analyse, test, document, and prioritize requirements
- Technical specifications writing skills
- Ability to visualize requirements
- Ability to coordinate requirements
- English (B1+)
- Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office) // Remote (from anywhere within Ukraine)
- This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support
Desired Qualifications
- Process modeling skills
- Basic knowledge of usability and prototyping
- Basic knowledge of theories of probability, statistics, and mathematical analysis
- Knowledge of the World of Tanks domain
