Job Summary
Business Analyst WMS responsible for end-to-end WMS implementations for new clients, from intake and workshops to configuration, testing, go-live and post-go live support. Translate client and operational needs into scalable, modular WMS solutions, balancing customer requirements, business goals and technical possibilities. Maintain high tempo with clear scope, planning, workload and budget, proactively identifying risks and ensuring stakeholders are informed. Contribute to the future evolution of the WMS by designing scalable architectures and mentoring less experienced teammates; collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders across internal and client environments. Role involves working within a fast-growing, multi-location organization and leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and enterprise architecture principles to support growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics or related field
- minimum 5 years relevant experience as business analyst
- Dutch and English proficiency
- experience with WMS or logistics IT projects
- ability to manage stakeholders and project scope
