Job Summary
Analyze current operational workflows, identify pain points, and define future-state models by engaging with TRS business units. Translate technical dependencies into functional requirements, draft Azure DevOps user stories, and manage backlog items with Product Owners. Develop comprehensive test plans, execute functional testing in Development and Test environments, and coordinate defect resolution with developers. Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions to validate feature readiness before release. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to maintain alignment, communicate risks, and develop user manuals and training guides for change management efforts.

- Proven experience in IT business analysis
- Proven experience in process modeling
- Proven experience in system workflow documentation
- Hands-on experience drafting user stories
- Hands-on experience drafting acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience drafting backlog items
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools
- Demonstrated experience in functional test execution
- Demonstrated experience in bug tracking
- Demonstrated experience in test case creation
- Demonstrated experience in UAT coordination
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to facilitate discovery sessions
- Ability to resolve requirement bottlenecks
- Superior written communication skills
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Capability to translate technical jargon for business users
- Capability to translate technical jargon for engineering teams
