Job Summary
Partner with subject matter experts to elicit, evaluate, and document business and clinical requirements for mobile and digital health products. Lead formalized joint application development sessions, collaborate with UI/UX teams to define user experiences and create wireframes, and write epics and user stories for development teams. Participate in Agile activities, including iteration planning, estimation, and velocity tracking, while creating diagrams to illustrate user needs. Lead user acceptance testing activities and ensure quality throughout delivery in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated environments. Requires at least three years of analyst experience in healthcare, proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with offshore teams.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of analyst experience for a company with a health care focus
- Experience working with off shore teams
- Understands the basics of software development lifecycle methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Acrobat
- Requirement elicitation and analysis skills
- Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Understands web and mobile software development tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- prior experience working in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST compliant environments
- will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities
