Job Summary
Business Analyst on a Salesforce-focused initiative responsible for eliciting, analysing and translating business requirements into high-quality user stories and functional specifications to support BAU, enhancements and strategic initiatives. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and the Enterprise Change Team to drive outcomes through workshops and interviews, identifies automation and AI opportunities, designs process improvements, and documents detailed business, functional, non-functional and operating model requirements to support design, build, testing and training activities. Plays a hands-on role across end-to-end processes, champions digital and data transformation, and acts as a change champion within Operations while coordinating multiple project phases and ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Significant Business Analyst experience, ideally within the funds industry or broader financial services
- Experience delivering digital, automation, or operational transformation initiatives
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies and awareness of new and emerging technologies
- Excellent process mapping skills; experience with process improvements
- Experience with low-code / no-code automation platforms
- Proven ability to assure project quality through testing planning and QA procedures
- Advanced data analytical skills; strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience delivering change projects for CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with Power Automate, n8n, or similar orchestration platforms
- Knowledge of design thinking standards and lean methodologies
- Ability to communicate with senior management and end users
- Motivation, self-drive, and continuous learning focus
- Education: Third level qualification or equivalent; Certifications in Business Analysis and Six Sigma advantageous
- Project management qualification desirable
