Job Summary
Business Analyst role supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Rise LMS within a community program. Responsibilities include monitoring Salesforce data, creating/running reports, supervising enrollment in Rise, launching email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing candidate communications (email/text), providing webinar/training support to partners, maintaining Rise lists, coaching participant lists through the program, updating SOPs/GUIDEs, and delivering metric reports to partners. Requires proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables preferred), Salesforce.com or similar CRM, Rise and Basecamp or similar PM/CRM tools, and remote training via webinar platforms. Strong attention to detail, time management, customer service, problem solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
