Job Summary
Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements and processes while evaluating their economic viability. Act as the liaison between business and IT/development to support stakeholders in optimizing products, systems, and processes. Prepare and facilitate workshops with business units and IT teams, then evaluate outcomes. Assist the Product Owner in technical elaboration and communication with teams and stakeholders. Conduct acceptance tests, create evaluations, decision-making bases, and management presentations. This role sits within the Customers & Solutions business unit of the Creditreform Association, a high-tech service provider for 128 German locations with over 140 years of experience in economic information and debt management.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement sowie in der Prozessanalyse und -modellierung
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten
- ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
