Job Summary
Business Analyst will translate business requirements into process improvements and automation, interacting with all business functions to solve problems. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing business processes and information needs, implementing change management to improve user experience and revenue, creating complex financial models to forecast trends and support decisions, and collaborating with Development, Leasing and Operations teams. The role emphasizes documenting inputs and acceptance criteria, communicating across teams, planning project roadmaps, testing solutions, and developing training materials. Requires hands-on data analysis, Power BI reporting, data integrity, and strong analytical and communication skills. Onsite in Downtown Delray Beach, FL, with a fast, flexible, collaborative culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of business analyst experience
- 1 year project management experience
- Experience in data modelling, process mapping and specification documentation
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining system processes and procedures
- Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio
- Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining complex financial models using tools such as Excel or Python
- Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions
- Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Active listener with strategic thinking and problem solving
- Ability to work independently and in a team
