Business Analyst

Hybrid Business Analyst responsible for developing test strategies, creating test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts mapped to workflow and system design requirements. Analyze and diagnose root causes, provide workarounds and patches in QA/staging environments, monitor system issues, and communicate findings. Collaborate with end users, project management, application developers, and vendors to verify functionality, and perform SQL querying and reporting to help users monitor and analyze data. Ensure comprehensive testing coverage across front-end, back-end, and systems, including identifying issues, mapping possible solutions, and validating fixes in the QA environment.
