Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience in utilities or regulated industry
- Knowledge of utility business processes (meter-to-cash, billing, field operations)
- Experience writing requirements, user stories, and process documentation
- Familiarity with CIS, billing, AMI/MDM, CRM, or customer portals
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Utilities
- Experience with CIS applications
- Data migration and interface specification experience
