Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, serve as a product owner for Technology Resources (TRecs) applications, developing, interpreting, and presenting requirements to functional experts and technical teams; participate in backlog grooming, write and prioritize user stories, and coordinate with stakeholders to review status, capture emerging client needs, and manage expectations; collaborate with clients and TRecs leadership to establish optimal support levels for business systems; produce project charters, timelines, documentation, and data analysis, and escalate blockers as needed. Responsibilities include attending meetings, taking notes, publishing minutes, providing communications support by drafting updates and reports, and using collaboration tools (MS Teams and Confluence) effectively; ensure remote participation and technology needs are accommodated, with flexibility in scheduling and potential telework arrangements. Requires proactive, customer-focused service delivery, clear written/verbal communication, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable development tasks; preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and experience in product ownership, documentation, and Agile methodologies, with prior UT experience being a plus.
