Job Summary
Facilitate workgroup discussions to analyze business issues and document functional specifications for technology solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications using Agile user stories and implement low-code automation where appropriate. Partner with stakeholders to support contract intake processes, administer contract setup and QA, and develop dashboards for operational decision-making. Evaluate and recommend automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. This role supports the Fund's contract intake process and related improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. The Business Analyst will balance technology and business considerations while contributing to department goals within a diverse and inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in a business analyst role

- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with business and IT users at all levels, both individually and in groups
- Possess an extensive knowledge of technology and business operations across multiple business sectors (preferably with a background in health care)
- Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as MS Power Platform or similar workflow automation tools
- Experience working with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar applications
- Experience developing, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards
- Evidence of troubleshooting and solving problems in a highly technical customer focused service environment
- Experience in multiple project methodologies (waterfall and agile) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Kanban, etc.)
- Self-starter with significant skill in relationship building
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business or related field or equivalent work experience
