Job Summary
Business Analyst will support Deployment and BAU activities for the DWS SEA Platform solutions, translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans, collaborate with Deployment, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, develop onboarding workflows, and drive automation opportunities within onboarding and deployment. Requires strong technical background, ITSM experience, onboarding/deployment focus, experience with documentation and diagramming tools (Visio), and familiarity with APIs/system integrations; NV1 security clearance is required. Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background with solid understanding of system architecture, product design, and platform solutions (supported by a degree in Informatics and/or 5+ years of experience)
- NV1 security clearance required
- Good understanding of IT Service Desk environments, support processes, incident/request management, and operational workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with product and onboarding metrics
- Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, or deployment-focused Business Analyst roles
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
- Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio or similar)
- Experience writing detailed user stories and technical requirements
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshworks, BMC Helix, other
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software development practices
- Beneficial to have experience with AI tools and LLM technologies
