Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic BI dashboards leveraging advanced DAX, data modeling, and sophisticated algorithms to deliver insights for global brands. Extract data via APIs, perform data transformation in Python using Jupyter Notebook, and integrate outputs into BI solutions while optimizing data models and queries for maximum efficiency. Analyze franchise revenue trends, optimize profitability, and prepare comprehensive Item 19 Earnings Claims reports to support franchise disclosure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide training on BI tools and data interpretation. Own the end-to-end data pipeline, including SQL database design, Git version control, and orchestrated workflows using Apache Hop or Microsoft Fabric.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or Accounting and Finance school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience with Power BI, advanced DAX, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and operational metrics.
- Skilled in advanced Excel reporting and automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
