Job Summary
Lead on integration discovery and scoping, working with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to scope new integrations and significant enhancements. Define use cases with clients and internal teams, produce high-quality requirements documentation (PRDs) including defined use cases, data entities and relationships, and in-scope vs out-of-scope functionality. Support integration migrations and platform evolution, contributing to runbooks, templates, and discovery checklists. Collaborate across Product, GTM, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure requirements are actionable and repeatable, and help evolve the integration framework over time. Must be experienced as a Business Analyst in data/API-driven environments, capable of turning ambiguous client requests into clear technical requirements and usable documentation; comfortable working with vendor documentation and data modeling considerations; nice-to-have experience with data platforms, CDPs, CRM, analytics tooling, and sports-industry data.
Required Qualifications
- Has solid experience as a Business Analyst or similar role working with Product and Engineering teams
- Is comfortable operating in data- and API-driven environments (you don’t need to code, but you can reason about technical constraints)
- Has strong discovery skills and can turn ambiguous inputs into structured requirements
- Writes clear, thoughtful documentation that others trust
- Enjoys collaboration and shared ownership rather than operating in isolation
