Job Summary
Elicit and validate requirements with stakeholders, translating them into clear artifacts including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle by managing changes and documenting decisions. Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base for product behavior and business rules. Serve as the primary bridge between Product and Engineering, driving alignment across cross-functional teams on scope, risks, and dependencies. Support delivery quality by reviewing scenarios and collaborating with QA to validate shipped features. Use AI tools to improve speed and quality of analysis while maintaining accountability for correctness.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in product development, working closely with cross-functional delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules, and produce clear, testable requirements with appropriate depth
- Ability to quickly understand existing complex product logic, identify gaps and risks, and document behavior in a way that is usable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong, structured writing skills; ability to create documentation that is concise, consistent, and easy to navigate and maintain over time
- Practical experience using modern AI/LLM tools in day-to-day analysis work to increase throughput and improve quality (not just basic prompting)
- Ability to influence without authority, facilitate discussions, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; documentation and discussions are conducted in English
