Job Summary
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in Order-to-Cash performance, then translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements. Serve as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, create BRDs and FRDs, and document current-state and future-state process maps. Coordinate with QA and users to support system testing, validation, and go-live monitoring while troubleshooting user issues and escalating as needed. Assist with configuration updates, build operational reports, and develop training materials to help end users adopt new functionality. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that drive business value.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition
- Familiarity with HealthCare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills; able to work with both technical teams and business users
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare or related industry
- 3 years of experience in OTC process and applications in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems MIS, or related field
- Experience working in Agile project management methodologies
- Experience working in ServiceNow Agile, Jira, Excel
