Job Summary
Own the integration process for new and current partners by coordinating with tech, operations, and account managers to ensure integrations function correctly from day one. Verify all campaign tracking, routing, and targeting to ensure campaigns run as intended while managing the compliance process for client, legal, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance metrics to identify discrepancies, then generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support internal decision-making. Collaborate with internal media teams and affiliate managers to optimize campaigns for maximum performance and alignment with client KPIs, while identifying and implementing process improvements to minimize operational errors. Resolve accounts payable or billing issues with client accounting teams to maintain smooth financial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, marketing operations, or campaign optimization
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Experience collaborating across operations, marketing, and technology teams to drive business growth
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated track record of improving systems, processes, or workflows
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Copper) and campaign management tools
