Job Summary
Gather and document requirements for Payments transformation initiatives across front-end customer journeys, including Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, and ISO20022 workstreams. Write EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria while running requirement workshops and backlog grooming sessions. Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle activities, including risk and issues analysis, by collaborating with cross-functional, multi-geography teams. This role requires 8–12 years of overall experience with mandatory 5 years of recent BFSI experience. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred, with candidates holding a notice period of up to 30 days considered.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Location: Pune / Bangalore preferred
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser) — strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser
- Sub-domain exposure to at least one of: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, or Compliance & Regulatory Payments (across more than 2 geographies)
- Excellent communication skills
- Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more
- Strong at writing EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; running elaborate requirement workshops and backlog grooming
- Understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the role of a BA at each stage, with a good command of risk & issues analysis
