Job Summary
Business Analyst focused on legal software renewals owns the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of products (e.g., Legal Tracker, HighQ, Exterro, OpenText, Document Intelligence), prepares and delivers accurate pricing proposals, proactively manages renewal notifications, collaborates with cross-functional teams, identifies renewal risks and opportunities, serves as the SME on contracts and pricing, and leads renewal negotiations while scaling processes and tools for greater efficiency. The role emphasizes customer relationships, commercial strategy, operational excellence, and a focus on SaaS/legal technology contracts with strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in renewals, sales operations, contract management, or business analyst role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with legal software platforms or enterprise software contracts is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret pricing models and renewal data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
