Business Analyst

Analyze business and user needs, translate them into system requirement specifications, and document business rules. Develop use-cases, screen mock-ups, and user-stories while acting as the primary liaison between the business and the Java Development team. Prioritize user-stories and requirements with the business, manage delivery expectations, and coordinate work completion to meet deliverable needs. Interface with other IT and Technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements from a system interaction perspective. Collaborate with team members to understand and manage project dependencies. Identify areas of business process improvement and act as the subject-matter expert for the application.
