Job Summary
Business Analyst / Tester with Life & Pension domain expertise to join the Obex Advisory Platform team in Copenhagen. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and fellow Business Analysts to translate customer pension requirements into structured solutions and test activities. Analyze business requirements, identify root causes, and contribute to solution design to ensure high-quality, value-creating features. Validate new functionality across the development lifecycle, support testing efforts in an Agile environment, and drive continuous improvements of processes and ways of working. The team focuses on delivering innovative advisory solutions for the Life & Pension industry, combining domain knowledge with technical expertise to create value for customers. English communication is required; the role offers a mix of home and office work.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Danish Life & Pension domain is essential
- 2-5 years of experience working with pension products, pension administration, advisory services, or business analysis
- Experience from a pension company, consultancy, bank, or a similar financial institution is an advantage
- You communicate confidently in English
