Business Analyst - Test Center Operations

Job Summary
Business Analyst for test center operations to analyze performance across our network, forecast demand, monitor partner performance (PSI, ETS, and others), and drive data-backed decisions. You will own a broad set of analytical tasks, build and maintain dashboards, translate open-ended questions into structured analyses, support capacity planning, track KPIs and SLAs, and present findings to leadership. Collaboration across operations, IT, finance, and vendor management is required to document requirements for system and process improvements and to surface insights proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years in a business analyst, operations analyst, or data analyst role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to translate open-ended business questions into structured analyses
- Strong communication skills — able to translate data into a clear story for non-technical stakeholders
