Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement to translate needs into clear functional and non-functional outcomes. Develop artefacts including business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps while ensuring traceability and alignment to business strategies. Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives by defining future-state processes. Work closely with project managers to contribute to solution design, support testing activities, and define acceptance criteria. Maintain structured documentation aligned to Sodexo standards and portfolio governance. Mon to Fri 38-hour schedule.
