Job Summary
Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Analysts within the Customer Transformation function, aligning the BA community with organisational strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery across programmes. Maintain hands-on involvement in customer-facing delivery while shaping resourcing and workforce planning for the BA function. Act as a visible ambassador for best practice across engineering and customer teams, and build strong stakeholder relationships to enable successful outcomes. The role requires proven BA delivery experience in Defence or National Security, with strong Agile, User Experience, and Systems Engineering capabilities, and the ability to lead and mentor others. UK national with DV security clearance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record in project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Experience within the Defence or National Security sector
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, User Experience principles and Systems Engineering practices
- Demonstrated experience of leading, coaching or mentoring others within a team environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

- UK citizenship required
- UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance required
