Job Summary
Define, develop, and implement technology controls and information security policies while assessing risks, identifying gaps, and providing security solutions to mitigate threats. Participate in complex projects of moderate to high complexity, delivering functional and enterprise-level reporting, analysis, and assessments. Act as a lead expert resource for project teams, the organization, and external vendors regarding technology controls and security disciplines. Provide specialized expertise and guidance on risk assessment and security solutions to protect the bank.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices
Desired Qualifications
- Information security certification / accreditation
- Demonstrated experience creating professional business and technical documentation
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to external clients, vendors, or business partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
