Job Summary
Define requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications for the Global Receivables platform within financial services. Lead workshops with Accounting and Regulatory Reporting teams to shape solutions and prioritize user stories for Agile development. Execute User Acceptance Testing, validate delivered functionality, and maintain functional documentation including the product Operating Model. Coordinate external consultants, monitor delivery milestones, and support financial execution and budget tracking. Act as the key interface between Business, Operations, and Technology to ensure successful delivery. Fluent English and Spanish required with strong knowledge of Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, and banking back office processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst / Business Analyst within banking or financial services
- Strong experience working with Agile methodologies and delivering User Acceptance Testing
- Highly analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail and the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong experience producing functional documentation, presentations and business requirements
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Finance products, particularly Receivables
- Demonstrable experience working with Factoring and/or Receivables products
- Previous experience within Banking Back Office environments
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, accounting integration and regulatory reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Business, Operations and Technology
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing or coordinating external consultants is highly desirable
- Knowledge of programming languages or technical concepts would be considered a plus
