Job Summary
Develop supply chain process expertise to automate work and improve efficiency by analyzing end-to-end operations, identifying risks, and leading initiatives for automation and data quality. Partner with stakeholders, developers, and suppliers to define needs, document process improvements, and produce deliverables such as business requirements, use cases, and UAT plans. Manage project scope, schedules, and documentation while supporting system testing, QA planning, and implementation readiness. Communicate updates, risks, and findings to diverse audiences through meetings and executive presentations. Ensure delivered systems support current and improved business processes to promote user adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of supply chain and/or IT experience supporting supply chain functions
- B.S. in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related discipline
- 5+ years as an IT and/or Business Analyst
- Oracle EBS experience
- Experience supporting large-scale projects and day-to-day business operational requests

Desired Qualifications
- B.S. in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related discipline preferred
- Oracle EBS 12.2.10 experience with iSupplier, Procurement, Sourcing and Order Management modules
- Data analysis proficiency, including SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot
- Chemical and/or refinery industry experience
- Understanding of cybersecurity risks and mitigation options
- Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- ITIL certification
- Prior consultative experience
