Job Summary
The Business Analyst – Parts Services will provide data-driven insights, business analysis, and reporting to support the Parts Services Supply Chain, focusing on inventory, order management, supplier performance, and process improvements. Responsibilities include allocating inventory, updating shipping costs, requesting supplier quotations, maintaining master data accuracy, monitoring on-time delivery, identifying risks to supply and customer orders, creating root-cause analyses (Pareto) and dashboards/reports for KPIs (revenue, late orders, PPV, supplier metrics), leveraging ERP/CRM/PLM systems, developing Tableau/Power BI visuals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO procedures. The role also involves preparing summaries and presentations for leadership to inform strategic decisions, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
