Job Summary
Business Analyst to support the delivery of securities-based lending system development. Responsibilities include negotiating with clients on product requirements and development scale, collaborating with the product development team on product logic and features, designing product prototypes based on requirements and presenting to clients, documenting business and technology requirements in standard artifacts, configuring platforms based on client requirements, generating supporting documents for product changes, and providing quality assurance support for products in testing environments and troubleshooting system bugs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in finance, project management or technology related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Analytical and quantitative thinking
- Self-starter with high level of motivation
- Team-oriented
