Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst for Strategy & Transformation to support design and regulatory readiness of a Personal Investment Account proposition; responsibilities include reviewing and mapping customer journeys, shaping future-state digital experiences, facilitating SME workshops, translating concepts into detailed business requirements, analysing journeys (including vulnerable customers and joint accounts), planning digital experiences and self-service tools, validating programme assumptions, maintaining traceability, and presenting findings to stakeholders using clear business language.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services
- Valid working permit for Ireland
- Experience supporting digital propositions, customer journey design, or transformation programmes is advantageous
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate strategic concepts into structured requirements and design outputs
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability and contributing to governance documentation
