Job Summary
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, define, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements. Analyze and map complex messaging flows, API specifications, and system data models to ensure seamless integration between clients and exchanges. Drive impact analysis and solution validation throughout the full SDLC, from initial planning to post-deployment. Partner with cross-functional Dev and QA teams to guarantee rigorous quality standards and on-time delivery. Located in Jersey City with a hybrid work model (2x/week in-office).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4+ years as a Business Analyst in financial or trading services
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
