Business Analyst, Store Wages

Job Summary
Prepare, analyze, and share daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports on Operations & Wages, distilling insights to support business decisions. Monitor and control hours and KPIs for defined countries in Europe, identifying wage and cost opportunities to recommend process changes that improve results. Support cost optimization projects by liaising with local District Managers and the CX team across various EU countries. Lead reporting processes in PowerBI and Excel to ensure accurate KPI measurement, while assisting with wage hours forecasting and actual reviews during month-end cycles. Assist with several financial processes around Store Wages and contribute to various other projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in financial or business analysis
- Advanced level Excel skills required
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Work Force Management (WFM), Labor Cost Analysis (Production, Retail, Logistics) will be an advantage
- Experience in an international environment, complex cost structure and/or accounting will be a plus
- additional European languages are a plus
