Job Summary
Business Analyst Specialist within Nasdaq's Product Management team focused on shaping data integration, structuring, and delivery across a global Trade Surveillance platform. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis, business analysis, or product analyst role within capital markets, financial technology, or a regulated trading environment
- Hands-on experience with market data structures, trading protocols, and order lifecycle workflows
- Solid experience producing structured functional documentation, including data flows, specifications, and process maps
