Job Summary
The Business Analyst, Source to Pay supports accounts payable and procurement processes and contributes to large-scale digital transformation initiatives (e.g., GEP Quantum). The role requires ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to define and deliver high-quality transformation programs. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving S2P workflows, documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes, gathering business requirements, coordinating with IT and technical teams to ensure timelines, performing SIT/UAT/PAT and data validation/migration, designing automation aligned with organizational needs, and managing project plans and reporting using tools like Jira, Workfront, and MS Planner. The candidate should have experience with Ariba, S/4HANA, and GEP integrations, processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) across global regions, strong analytical skills with Excel, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in global Accounts Payable function
- Experience with integrations involving Ariba, S/4HANA, and GEP
- Hands-on experience with S2P tools such as GEP Quantum and Ariba
- ERP experience with S/4HANA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis)
- Ability to understand business requirements from process walkthroughs and requirement documents
- Experience in mapping workflows, AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Project management experience with Jira, Workfront, MS Planner or similar tools
- Data validation and migration activities (SIT, UAT, PAT) and post-go-live support
- Automation process design based on operational needs
- Ability to manage projects and deliver status reports
