Job Summary
Develop comprehensive knowledge of existing processes and product suites to complete gap analysis for future developments. Document change requests with data-supported business cases and create structured documentation to inform approval steps. Facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder insight, translate requirements into user stories, and produce design flows mapping business processes. Undertake technical input for user acceptance testing, set operational readiness checklists, and assess emerging risks. Resolve complex issues using commercial awareness while communicating technical challenges in appropriate business language.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the DC pensions industry
- Relevant business analysis certification
- Lean Six Sigma accreditation
- Demonstrable experience of business analysis, business process management and requirements definition
- Ability to create documentation for a variety of audiences, technical, non-technical and business
- Good analysis and problem solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to engage and develop trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional and accountability, projects credibility
- Demonstrate a flexible approach towards changing business needs
- Able to deal with ambiguity and varying priorities
- Accepts and tackles demanding goals with enthusiasm
