Job Summary
Partner with CISA IT and JCDC teams to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for transitioning from a legacy SharePoint environment to ServiceNow. Translate these needs into actionable specifications, collaborate with technical developers to ensure accurate configuration and user experience during build and rollout, and follow the full SDLC from design through validation. Conduct user acceptance testing, facilitate feedback sessions, and support change management to validate requirements and ensure smooth platform adoption. Additionally, evaluate digital tools to improve collaboration and workflow efficiency while documenting workflows, use cases, and system integrations for long-term sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Active DHS Top Secret Clearance
- Ability to be physically present for sensitive meetings in the National Capital Region (NCR)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise system transitions or implementations
- Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and digital collaboration tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
