Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while drafting functional documentation such as specifications, user stories, and workflows. Contribute to defining data models and business processes, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Support technical teams during development, validate solution alignment with business needs, and participate in functional testing and UAT. Mentor junior BAs and continuously improve analysis methods. Requires 5–7 years of experience in complex environments, proficiency in Agile or Waterfall, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (5–7 years minimum) as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and/or Waterfall
- Solid understanding of technical concepts (data, information systems, APIs, integrations)
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and effectively prioritize
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
