Job Summary
Senior Manager of DT&I within the Tax practice leads digital transformation initiatives, analyzes business processes, designs prototypes and low-code solutions, gathers requirements and translates them into features and user stories, coordinates with Tax/DT&I/National IT to implement technology tools, prepares technical documentation, develops relationships with business partners, conducts workshops, tests and validates processes, analyzes data, and communicates insights to product managers and technical leaders; requires strong stakeholder management, data analytics, process design/optimization, and Microsoft Power Platform/Jira/Azure DevOps skills.
Required Qualifications
- Eight (8) or more years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, project manager, business manager, technical writer, technical support, or systems analyst, required
- Certification in business analysis, process design, project management, product management, CPA, or EA, required
- Knowledge of documenting requirement using Azure DevOps or Jira, required
