Job Summary
Lead strategic change management and oversee the deployment of firm-developed and third-party tax technology tools to enhance operational efficiency. Drive the creation of sophisticated training materials and conduct high-impact sessions tailored to various expertise levels within the organization. Partner with technology product teams to define requirements for innovative tax solutions and conduct in-depth evaluations of tax processes to identify opportunities for strategic improvements. Act as a senior liaison for technology integration, providing expert guidance on technology-related queries and facilitating communication between the Tax practice and development teams. Manage multiple projects with varying complexities, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints while building business cases to support project investments. Serve as a direct supervisor to team members, providing coaching and ensuring appropriate resources are assigned to meet project objectives and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Seven (7) or more years of tax and technology experience, required
- Two 2 or more years of tax experience, required
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, required
Desired Qualifications
- focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
- Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or Juris Doctorate., preferred
- Experience with Tax software, such as ONESOURCE, GoSystem, CorpTax, SurePrep, and/or CCH Axcess, preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps, preferred
- CPA, JD, EA, PMP, preferred
