Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst leading high-impact initiatives across GEOINT, providing strategic guidance and driving process modernization through Six Sigma and ITIL. Responsible for executive-level communications, data-focused analysis, and mentoring teams while engaging IC and DoD partners to align programs with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include senior program and project management support, developing strategic plans and SOPs, leading process improvement, delivering Tableau-focused visualization and SharePoint/web solutions, and producing actionable insights through metrics analysis and performance assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Management field
- 12+ years of experience in a program management, GEOINT or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role
- 15+ years of experience in a program management, GEOINT or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Clearance: eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance required
