Job Summary
Conduct business analysis for the LinkySup project, defining and designing the software product while bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Lead functional project dimension by facilitating workshops to gather requirements, drafting user stories, and managing agile deliverables. Prepare and animate sessions with stakeholders, train users, and develop dashboards for tracking communication object parks. Utilize JIRA, Confluence, Kafka, Java, and Spring within an Agile SAFe methodology to ensure high-quality outputs. Work remotely 50% of the time based in Lyon, reporting to a manager with personalized HR support.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Business Analyst experience
- Significant experience in project leadership and workshop facilitation
- Mastery of User stories and Epics writing
