Job Summary
Role Overview: Capco seeks high-caliber Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts with banking/financial services experience in Malaysia to translate business needs into clear requirements, support technology and transformation initiatives, and deliver high-quality consulting outcomes. Key responsibilities include facilitating client meetings/workshops, conducting structured requirements gathering, developing BRDs/user stories/use cases/functional specs, documenting processes and data flows, translating requirements for technology teams, analyzing and proposing process and system enhancements, supporting solution design and testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business intent. Capco encourages mentoring of junior analysts and client/stakeholder engagement. Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services environments
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Experience working across technology-enabled transformation initiatives in regulated industries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior client stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
