Job Summary
Gather requirements, analyze Talent processes, and design data integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs, create process maps and test plans, and validate system functionality. Facilitate communication across project teams, support change management for end-users, and resolve integration issues to ensure timely project delivery. Work virtually with global teams to drive Talent initiatives forward.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration
- 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
- Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Strong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results
- Ability to work virtually with global teams
- Advanced English
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
